Maggy Incubator Company Inc. has 34 years of success in building poultry incubators, hatchers and processing equipment. Maggy Incubator Company Inc. is a privately owned company started in 1971 by its founder Mr. Talaat Mansy Abdelmalek. Mr. Abdelmalek is an engineer who has a B.Sc. in agriculture science and equipment.

Maggy Incubator Company Inc. started first as Maggy Poultry Inc.  Based in Egypt a producer of premium quality made poultry incubators and hatchers. Later Maggy Poultry Inc. name has changed to Maggy Trading & Manufacturing Inc.

Maggy Trading & Manufacturing Inc. still growing successful enterprise in Egypt serving local market as well as the Middle East and African markets. Family owned Wael Abdelmalek is a second-generation owner operating its branch in Canada Maggy Incubator Company Inc.

Mr. Abdelmalek the father, Talaat began his career running his own business from his garage. Talaat bought his first foreign made incubator on 1971 and named it Maggy to his daughter. He started to hatch eggs and sell chicks to local farmers. Later in the same year, he bought his second incubator and named it Wael to his son. After about a year in business, he decided to make his third incubator. By the time he finished making it, a local farm equipment dealer offered to buy it for resale at his show room. This incubator was sold in the 2nd day of being in the show room. The dealer contacted Mr. Abdelmalek the father and paid a deposit for another five incubators. Since then Mr. Abdelmalek carried out on himself the business of building incubator with the help of two (2) employees. Mr. Abdelmalek moved his business from a smaller facility to a bigger one. Currently he has 4 plants dedicated for his business.

Business continued to grow to make various products and services such as poultry feeding equipment; poultry processing equipment such as pluckers and scalders. In addition, Maggy Trading & Manufacturing Inc. has added other production lines to make restaurant equipment and food processing machines.

Wael Abdelmalek the son was always part of the management and working team. Wael has a B.Sc. of Production Engineering and Mechanical Design in 1993. Wael continued to join his father in operating his business and developing new business era. Wael Moved to Ontario Canada in 1996 where he started his career working in various auto maker tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers. In 1999 he started to search the market to start his business to build incubators and hatchers in Ontario Canada. Later he imported incubators and hatchers bodies that been build in Egypt to Canada where he did the electrical wiring according to Canadian Standards.
